What we do not collect here
This website has no contact form, no booking form, no account registration and no comments. We do not ask you for your name, your email address or your phone number on this site, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics. Analytics tells us how many people visited, which pages they read and roughly which country they came from, so we know what to improve. It uses cookies and collects your IP address and basic information about your browser and device. We look at this as a group, not person by person, and we do not use it to identify you.
If you prefer not to be measured, you can block cookies in your browser or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
The buttons on this site open a conversation with us on WhatsApp at +1 829 305 2804. If you write to us there, we see your WhatsApp number and whatever you choose to tell us, and we keep that conversation so we can answer you and organise your charter. WhatsApp itself is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Booking and payment
Bookings are not taken on this website. When you decide to book, we agree the details with you by WhatsApp and send you the payment instructions separately. No card details are ever entered on this site.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web server, it keeps access logs that include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
How long we keep things
Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics. WhatsApp conversations are kept while we are organising your charter and for a reasonable time afterwards, in case you come back or ask us about your trip.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us on WhatsApp at +1 829 305 2804 and we will answer. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we add a form, a booking engine or any other tool that collects personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
